Dermluxa – Shipping Policy
Yes. At Dermluxa, shipping is always included in every order. The price you see is the price you pay — no hidden fees, no surprises at checkout.
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Estimated delivery times after your order is processed:
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days
- Overnight Shipping: 1 business day
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery in real time.
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. Please include your order number and a photo of the damaged item if applicable.
Address changes can only be made before the order is processed. Please contact us immediately at care@dermluxa.com if you need to update your shipping address.
Yes, we ship to PO Boxes via USPS. However, expedited and overnight shipping options may not be available for PO Box addresses.

- FedEx
