Dermluxa – Return Policy

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery. This includes items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect, as well as products you simply change your mind about — as long as they are unopened and unused in their original packaging. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. What items are eligible for return?

The following conditions qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unopened and unused in its original packaging (change of mind)

Please note: Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item if damaged

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

No. We provide a free return shipping label included in the package for all approved returns and exchanges — whether the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or simply not what you expected. There are no restocking fees.

6. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes. Whether you received a damaged or wrong item, or simply want a different product, we are happy to arrange an exchange at no additional cost. Please contact us at care@dermluxa.com with your order details.

7. What if my product was damaged during shipping?

If your order arrived visibly damaged during shipping, please:

  • Take a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@dermluxa.com so we can file a claim with the carrier

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible. Note: this 7-day window applies specifically to shipping-damage claims. If you discover a defect later, or simply change your mind, you can still request a return within our standard 30-day window.

8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed (within 12 hours of purchase). Please contact us immediately at care@dermluxa.com if you need to cancel.

9. What items cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery (or after 7 days for unreported shipping damage)
  • Sale or final sale items
