Dermluxa – Return Policy

1. What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery if the product is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

2. What items are eligible for return?

The following conditions qualify for a return or exchange:

  • The product arrived damaged or defective
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is unopened and unused in its original packaging

Please note: Opened or used products are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

3. How do I request a return?

To request a return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order:

  • Include your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item if damaged

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.

4. How long does the refund process take?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

5. Do I have to pay for return shipping?

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, damaged, or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost. For other return reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

6. Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Yes. If you received a damaged or wrong item, we are happy to send a replacement at no additional cost. Please contact us at care@dermluxa.com with your order details.

7. What if my product was damaged during shipping?

If your order arrived damaged, please:

  • Take a clear photo of the damaged product and packaging
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at care@dermluxa.com

We will arrange a replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.

8. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed (within 12 hours of purchase). Please contact us immediately at care@dermluxa.com if you need to cancel.

9. What items cannot be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used skincare products
  • Products without original packaging
  • Items returned after 30 days of delivery
  • Sale or final sale items
